This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
01Who we are
AWN Digital Solutions (عون للحلول الرقمية) is registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration number 122747-3, as an Individual Establishment [Sijilli]. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Write to us at info@awnbh.info. Our website is https://awnbh.info.
02What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you give us or that your browser sends automatically. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles.
- Identity and contact data: your name, email address, organization, and phone or WhatsApp number where you provide one.
- Enquiry data: the service area, solution, project description, timeline and indicative budget you submit through the Request a Proposal form.
- Consultation data: your preferred date, time and the consultation topic you describe.
- Billing data: where an engagement proceeds to invoicing, the billing name, address and organization details needed to issue an invoice.
- Payment data: card and payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never received or stored by AWN. We hold only the transaction reference, amount, currency and outcome.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, logged by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Consent records: the fact that you accepted this policy, with the date and time of your submission.
03Why we collect it, and our legal basis
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and does not affect records we are legally required to keep.
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or schedule a consultation — the reason you submitted the form. Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver a project you have engaged us for, including invoicing and support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep records of enquiries, engagements and payments as required for our commercial, tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
- To protect the website and its forms against spam and automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
04Special categories of data
Please do not send sensitive personal data — health information, student records, national ID numbers, or system credentials — through a website form. Where a project involves that kind of data, we agree a secure channel and a written data processing agreement before anything is shared.
05Who we share it with
Some providers operate infrastructure outside Bahrain. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we use providers that offer an adequate level of protection and appropriate contractual safeguards.
- AWN personnel working on your enquiry or project.
- Our payment processor, which handles card payments and holds the payment details you enter. They process that data as an independent controller under their own privacy policy.
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions and project data on our behalf under a processing agreement.
- Our email provider, which delivers your confirmation and our internal notification.
- Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel — where required.
- Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: deleted within 24 months of your last contact with us.
- Project and client records: kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required afterwards by Bahraini commercial and tax law.
- Invoicing and payment records: kept for the retention period required by Bahraini tax and accounting rules.
- Consent records: kept for as long as we hold the data the consent relates to, as evidence that consent was given.
07Your rights
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@awnbh.info. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, a particular use of your data.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
08Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it between visits. That value stays on your device and is never sent to us.
09Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to the people who need it. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same access control, retention and audit practices to our own data that we build into our clients' systems.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date shown at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we notify you by email where we hold one.
11Contact
For any question or request about this policy, or about how we handle your personal data: Write to us at info@awnbh.info. Postal enquiries can be addressed to AWN Digital Solutions (CR 122747-3), Kingdom of Bahrain.
